Menu ~ Summer 2025 examples






Our daily menu is a set chef’s table selection. This is an example of the things we often prepare & cook freshly each day where we will typically choose one item, sometimes two, from each of the numbered sections. We go from 4. courses up to 9 courses for the full tasting menu. Vegan, coeliac etc is possible, as are allergies, but must be agreed 2 days in advance.
Wine flights are available for group bookings of 6 or more choosing the full tasting menu.

home smoked salmon or chalk stream trout, pressed cucumber, caper cream vert
platter of freshly sliced home cured meats & salami, olives, home-made piccalilli
asparagus grown on the farm next door, lardo, wild garlic butter

signature dish - roast Brittany poussin with truffle butter & rich chicken sauce
big green egg bbq slow cooked middle white organic local pork belly, crackling shards, apple, mustard cream sauce
wild boar ragu or slow smoked belly
lamb cooked over charcoal & rosemary branches
spaghetti with fresh green herb vert sauce
all meat & fish mains served with Koffmann crisp roast or sauté potatoes or local new potatoes & fresh seasonal greens of the day
