The Silk House is an ideal venue to celebrate weddings, engagements and anniversaries for 6 to 24 guests. Following your legal ceremony we can host your celebratory "wedding breakfast" and reception as either lunch or dinner - or both. We are perfect for smaller weddings where you desire fine dining and perfect hospitality in a beautiful setting. We are completely different to the vast majority of hotels and venues: intimate, totally private, relaxed and you will be made to feel special.

We chose Silk House for our intimate wedding breakfast, and it was absolutely perfect. Silke and Adrian were exceptional hosts. Adrian's chef's table style, explaining each course and chatting with us throughout, made the meal feel so personal, while Silke was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. The gardens are simply stunning. The Japanese-inspired setting is unlike anything we've seen before, and it gave us the most beautiful, memorable wedding photos. The food was outstanding. Before the day, Adrian worked with us to create a menu based on our favourite foods, and he absolutely delivered. The beef was the best we've ever tasted, and every course was exceptional.
